PICTURES AT AN ALEXANDRIA EXHIBITION
Three of my paintings were chosen to be in “Pictures at an Alexandria Exhibition” event. Pictures at an Alexandria Exhibition – Symphony Orchestra of Northern Virginia
Del Ray Artisans, the Symphony Orchestra League of Alexandria, and the Symphony Orchestra of Northern Virginia present “Pictures at an Alexandria Exhibition”, an online art auction fundraising event and concert performance. Artists were asked to draw inspiration from four select pieces of music for their creativity chosen by Ethan Lolley, Artistic Director of SONOVA.
SONOVA will present a live performance of the music selections at the Rachel M. Schlesinger Concert Hall and Arts Center at Northern Virginia Community College, Alexandria Campus on Saturday, May 30 at 3pm.
A digital slideshow of a selection of the auction artworks will be featured during the concert. The online auction will be hosted by Ararity Auctions. The auction will go live at https://www.ararityauctions.com May 4 and close May 31 at 4 pm..
PEOPLE’S CHOICH AWARDS
I’m very Happy and Grateful to have won TWO awards with the Springfield Art Guild at their show at the NEW Franconia Governmental Center in Alexandria, VA.

ROOSTER
My painting “Rooster” was just accepted in Falls Church Arts - Kensington Gallery “Zest Exhibit”. This is a portrait of a real rooster at Nalls Produce on Beulah Street in Alexandria VA.
At DEL RAY ARTISANS my paintings “Clydesdales in the Snow” “Horses” and “Horse Farm” help celebrate the “Year of the Fire Horse”.

Found out my painting Sheep in the Snow was juried into the November Monochrome Exhibit 2025 at The Art League. One of the very few paintings I actually created to enter into a show … it worked!!
